The National Commission for Social Action (NACSA) was stand down by Sub- appropriation Committee 4.
The committee stands them down because they were unable to give proper account of donor fund.
Chairman of the committee Hon Amadu Kanu said that the documents which NaCSA present to committee is not numbered as the committee members find it difficult to read it.
The committee also mandated them to provide them with bank balances and roll over for 2015 and 2016.
Hon Kanu further stated that NACSA should separate money received from donor fund and money received from government.
He also said that they should provide the committee with comprehensive activities related to contractors they awarded contract.
According to him, they want to know how much was given to NACSA and how they utilized it.
Hon Kanu also said that some of the Ministries Departments and Agencies award millions of contract to contractors without any justification.
Hon Karifala Conteh asked the purpose the donor funds were utilized and whether the agreements were signed with warrantee.
NACSA Commissioner Alie Badara Mansaray told the committee that they have categories of staff at NACSA that are doing the donor supported projects.
Finance Officer of NaCSA, Kelvin Dixon said there report is on periodic bases.
